Actually Moving It

After the area has been cleared, you are ready to move the transporter.

If you experience difficulties moving the transporter, call an expert.

When to Move the Transporter

In general, the transpoerter can be left in it's normal runnning position. The only time you really need to move it is if the MPS will be off for more than one shift and high intensity beam will be in the area. In this case, you need to move it to the `MPS off' position to protect the glass from radiation damage.

After the Transporter Has Been Idle

If the transporter has been idle for more than 60 days, consult an expert before attempting motion.
