Cosmic test of TOF single paddle

Signal from left PMT was used to create TDC Start/Trigger.
Signal from right PMT was measured.
Expected time spread is 2*L/(c/n)~26ns.
Measured time spread is about 650(counts)*56(ps/count)~36ns.
Also, distibution is expected to be uniform => PMTs need to be balanced.

The trigger now comes from 10x10cm trigger paddle.
Expected spread of path length is ~20cm, corresponding to about 1ns time spread.
Measured time spread is about 40(counts)*56(ps/count)~2.2ns
