Obtaining trk_mon_lite
1-From the desired directory, enter "cvs co utilities/trk_mon_lite"

2-Then go into the "/utilities/trk_mon_lite" directory and type "make"

3-Hopefully, this will make an executable in "~/bin/LinuxRHEL3" called "trk_mon_lite"

Using trk_mon_lite
1-trk_mon_lite needs a BOS file as input.

2-The command is:

" trk_mon_lite -S[S] -A[R][u,l][#] -Cbeta.[lt,gt].[#] -Cchisq.[lt,gt].[#] -o[outputfile.hbook] [inputfile.A##.B##] "

----[S] = Sector number (for calibrating one sector at a time)
----[R] = Region number (this is for local angle cuts)
----[u,l] = u for upper bound, l for lower bound (local angle cuts)
----[#] = value of cut (always must go to the tenths digit. e.g. "10.0")
----[lt,gt] = lt for less than, gt for greater than (for Ntuple cuts)
----[outputfile.hbook] = the name must contain the run number.

3-trk_mon_lite can also be run without any cuts.("trk_mon_lite inputfile.A##.B##")
----use this when you want to determine the necessary cuts(using PAW)

4-You can always use "trk_mon_lite -h" for help.
